A Texas Non-Profit Charity FoundationThe Comanche Educational Foundation is a non-profit public charity and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3); 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. The purpose of the Comanche Educational Foundation shall be to provide financial resources, community awareness, faculty and staff appreciation, and student recognition to inspire learning.
